What we process and why
Firebase processes account identity, verification state, order references and entitlements so we can provide secure access. PayPal processes checkout and payment details. For free AI, we store a salted one-way hash derived from the request IP with the UTC date and usage count to enforce the daily limit; the raw IP is not placed in that quota record. MiniMax receives only the text you submit for personalisation. Do not submit confidential or sensitive data.
Analytics and communications
Firebase Analytics is enabled only after an analytics choice where consent is required. It must not receive document text, names, emails, bank details or private totals. Account, access and support communications do not enroll you in marketing; promotional email requires a separate choice.
Retention, processors and rights
Unused checkout intents expire after about 30 minutes and may be deleted within 30 days. Hashed free-AI quota records expire after roughly eight days. Workspace access is normally available for 12 months; transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Firebase/Google, PayPal, MiniMax and Vercel act as service providers under their own terms. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing us; some transaction records cannot be deleted immediately.
