Delivery and access window
After PayPal confirms payment, the purchase is added to the signed-in workspace. Online workspace and file access normally lasts 12 months from purchase; the displayed expiry date controls. Downloaded files remain usable under the licence afterwards.
Personalisation allowances
Each standalone kit includes 10 successful personalisation runs for the first 90 days where shown. Separate AI packs have the total credits, daily cap and validity period displayed before payment. Failed provider requests restore the reserved run when the system can confirm failure.
Recovery
If confirmed access does not appear, do not pay again. Refresh the workspace and contact ecomminvest@gmail.com with the PayPal order ID if the problem persists.
