What to include
For purchase help, include the email on your account, the PayPal order ID and a short description. Never email a password, full card number, bank credentials or confidential customer document.
Response and disputes
We investigate duplicate charges, missing access, delivery failures and product faults. PayPal disputes and mandatory consumer remedies remain available where applicable.
